Hey I found you on youtube and I have been checking out your drills. I’ve found some good stuff and incoporated some of it into my practices and the kids really seem to like the drills.
my son is an 8 yr old goalie and this was his 1st yr of playing full time hockey. he will be playing spring hockey this year. anything in particular that is available for plyo train for goalies??
Just have a quick question can you just tell me if there’s anything i can do or watch or read to Increase my hockey IQ. Of course i watch tones of hockey but if you have like a handbook or anything would help thank you
