Hi there. I’ll be coaching an atom team with 8 fwds. I’m thinking of having 2 centres with 6 wingers who will always play the same side instead of having the wingers take whatever side they get in the rotation. This, however, will tire my centres out. Could you suggest other ways to play my 8 fwds?
You could rotate which position double shifts each period, or you could run two 4-man lines and rotate who’s sitting. I’d say double shift your centers, until they get tired. Then double shift a different position.
