The idea with mine is once you make the pass, you follow it.  You skate as hard as you can to where you just passed.  Stop hard, turn and receive the pass from the next guy in line where you just left.  The puck is moved all the way around to a guy in front of the net looking for a one-timer.

It&#039;s very high-tempo and focus on quick movement all the way around.  It also keeps the goalie going up and down quite a bit.</description>
